I was quoted that the price for their technician to come out would be $35 to assess the situation, and then usually ranges between $80 to $110 if they can do it. Technician came out and assessed it. Stated that could try to blindly unlatch the garage door since no windows on it, or to drill a hole in the front door to reach the deadbolt not accessible from the outside and would have to make it a normal lock. We are renting, so didn't want to do the front door. He attempted two minutes to try the garage door. Then handed me a invoice for not only the $35, but a total of $184 "discounted" because of labor. I didn't get in my house, and yet it cost me near $200. Tried calling the business, no one picked up that night. The next day at 8:30 told to calla round 10 for manager. Got a hold of someone, took my information, said they would have to talk to the supervisor and technician to find out what happened. Would call me back. A day later have yet to receive a call, and have attempted to call them eight times over the course of the last 24 hours to no one calling back. Don't trust!
