To Whom It May Concern, We are responding to the complaint # [redacted] concerning the air loss mattress and the requested refundWhen the mattress was purchased [redacted] was informed that it was a non- refundable non-returnable item The warranty is with the manufacturer [ see info we are sending over] not with us [redacted] was informed of this and provided the paperwork at the time of purchase and was given another copy during our negotiations.We have made numerous attempts to readjust the settings, four visits were made and a gel overlay was provided at no cost to the [redacted] in order to try and make this work for her.We are sorry this mattress did not meet her needs but we have done everything possible to help, we cannot refund money we cannot recoup.Thomas D

He did not tell me medicare would have paid for the bed. The case manager told me and I called and cancelled the order the very next day. 2. I did spak to the clerk in a timely manner ans she went to inform the person in charge and his response was not very kind. He did tell me the bed would arrive in about 3 days. If the bed did not arrive why should I pay $75.00.

Medicare coverage of items, the required documents to file the paperwork, and the rights and care of Medicare recipientsWe are aware of Medicares coverage of hospital beds, a single motor standard hospital bed is what they cover, and *** *** wanted a triple motor hospital bed*** *** was informed this was a special order bed, which we do not normally carry and is not covered by Medicare,2) *** *** did call the next morning to cancel her order, her words were ordered a bed and want to cancelthe order" she then promptly hung up without giving the clerk an opportunity to getfurther informationWe were unable to refund her money as our credit card receipts only show the last four digits of the credit card numberOur attempts to contact her and refund all but the return shipping fee were met by refusal by *** ***, ) *** *** has since done a charge back of the full 1,saleWe have chosen not to dispute this or collect the return shipping fee for the special order*** *** has paid nothing4) *** ***s opinion about our lack of mercy and understanding is just that, her opinion and not factWe are an accredited *** who have been in business for over yearsWe strive every day to satisfy our customers medical needs, we work with them and their doctors to meet these needs, and have been quite successful in caring for our customers who work and communicate with usWe are sorry for the experience *** *** feels she had with us and we wish her the best.Sincerely,
