I'd like to update my review of November 04, Since that review, the company has worked hard to complete my work I'd like to submit the following revision.I initially submitted a negative review of this companyThe issue was that it took them several months to schedule my work after I signed the contract and paid the deposit One should be sure to negotiate a "no later than" start date with them Once they began the work, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the crew, their cooperative spirit, the quality of the work they did, and the way they handled unforeseen issues that arose - even taking on repairing a significant issue uncovered from a previous window installation which added a couple days to their work schedule Their work was stellar, my house is now well insulated, and my new siding looks absolutely beautiful

Constant cold calls to my home after 9pm, cannot stop calls even though we are on *** do not call list Every spring they start their unsolicited spam calls, always after 6pm I will never use or endorse this company, neither should you

Had Chandler replace our roofThe installers were very efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning up after removing two layers of old roofingNew roof looks great

I cannot provide feedback on their actual work given I have been waiting over weeks for the installation and have not heard from the office in over weeks They will give you an estimated date and when that date passes they do not call you to give you an update I have left voice messages with the office and one with my sales rep over the past two weeks and no one has called me back
Think twice before doing business with this company if you prefer a company that stays in touch and keeps you updated on the status of your installation If you don't mind not hearing from the company for months then this is the company for you I will update my review if/when the installation is completed

Worst company ever! The crew left early on the first day of replacing my roof because it started to rainWhen I returned an hour after the heaviest rains of the summer storm had started, I discovered one of the bedrooms in my ranch house had a waterfall pouring through the ceiling because the crew had not adequately covered my roof after they removed all of the old shingles! After placing an outdoor garbage can under the gushing water, I called Chandler and said it was an emergency and was told someone would call me back immediatelyAn hour later, after I called twice more and called my salesman once, I received a return call and was told they would take care of itAbout mins later a workman appeared, the rain had stopped, and he covered the roofI called Chandler again the next afternoon and requested they send a water remediation company to dry out the house and assess water damageI was told by Chandler this was unnecessary, so I said I would be contacting my insurance companySuddenly Chandler agreed to send the water remediation company out and insisted that I didn't need to file with my insurance; that they would take care of the damagesThe water company discovered that the water had seeped through the BR hardwood floor into the basement! Also discovered that a second BR had water damage as did a large section of the attic and the insulation would need to be replacedIf I had listened to Chandler, we would have eventually had mold growing It took Chandler three weeks to begin the necessary repairs caused by their negligence, since we insisted they produce a certificate of insuranceLots of stalling and outright lying from the good folks at Chandler until they finally provided one Two months later, when the cold weather set in, we noticed the two BRs were unusually chilly and our furnace was running constantlyWe discovered, when checking the attic, that it was cold because Chandler had only replaced 3/of the attic insulation! More slip shod work! We finished the insulating ourselvesBiggest mistake was hiring Chandler to do our roof; second mistake was not filing through our insuranceChandler should be sued for falsely stating on their website: "honest and dependable"

My wife and I are highly pleased with the excellent work. Installers were efficient, friendly, professional and did a superb job on installing our gutters with great care. Staff person at Chandler was considerate, easy to work with and understanding. I would recommend them to my friends in a heartbeat.

Very professional. We had six windows replaced and the installers were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up after finishing.
This is a small, local business that does not contract out the employees.

We had siding put on the house. We are very pleased with the look and also the work. The 2 gentlemen who did the work were very professional, friendly and were very hard workers. We would recommend Chandler Remodeling to our family and friends.

Recently we had our roof replaced by Chandler. We have a large roof and the process took two days. My husband and I are rather pleased with the look of the roof and how well the installers worked. They were efficient and courteous. Once the work was done, they did an impeccable job at cleaning up the debris from around the house.

I am 100% satisfied with the presentation before we signed for the improvement and also the completed work.

My husband & I were having issues with our roof for awhile now. We haven't been able to find someone to address the issue & were worried about our children health as well as our own. I just wanted to let you that David Porter, your salesperson, was very professional & patient with us in the way he handled our roof sale. He offered suggestions for helping us resolve our mold issues & how to avoid them in the future.

I can't say enough good things about him! I know that Chandler Remodeling will do a great job & hope to use them for future projects.
