Extremely poor customer service. Major issues with follow up. This company is known for being incredibly slow to respond. They do not return calls.I used this company several years ago for a major landscaping project after seeing the nice work they did for a neighbor of mine. For the most part, I was very pleased with the quality of the work. The problem came when some of the plants (several of the more expensive ones) died. Their policy was to replace within a specified time period, but they would not return calls. It took a letter to the owner to finally get it resolved. In spite of this experience, I have been trying to contact them for the past month to get some additional work done. I also have a question regarding the sod they planted, which I was told was a [redacted] hybrid (a pricey grass that I was told I needed for my backyard). I have had a couple of folks come by for other work who have told me that it not the type of grass I have. Despite more than half a dozen attempts to reach the company, including speaking with workers who are finishing up a project for my neighbor, I have yet to receive a response. So in addition to not having my issue resolved re the grass, I have lost valuable time waiting to get the other work scheduled. I am deeply disappointed, because overall I was very pleased, but the customer service is beyond poor. I have mentioned this to other customers and all acknowledge this is as a real problem for an otherwise reputable company. Desired SettlementAll I was seeking was an answer regarding the grass they planted and whether or not it was what I paid for. Either way, it's not done well and I need some guidance on how to get grass in that area. The other projects involve landscaping other areas and general clean-up. I'd love to get the work done but am obviously concerned and disappointed that no one bothers to respond to messages and that there seems to be no urgency to anything. Other customers have told me that you just about have to threaten these folks, which is a shame. Just doesn't seem like a good way to do business, especially with so much competition out there.Business Response Tried to respond with the website but it did not work for me.
