On 11/8/14, I received inferior eyebrow threading service from the Raleigh (Creedmor Rd) location and was denied a refund of my money. On 11/8/2014, I visited the salon at the Raleigh location (Creedmor Road) and was not satisfied with my eyebrow threading. I spoke with the lady providing the service and indicated to her that I wasn't happy and wanted a refund of my money. She stated that once the sale was made that no refunds could be issued despite the fact that I was not satisfied with my services.
