On Nov 25, I purchased some shoes from this merchantAt the time of trying on the shoes I told the representative that the shoes seemed a little to small and expressed my concerns that the shoes might become an issue when I decided to wear them such as cause pain and blistersThe representative informed me that the material should stretch and if they didn't I could exchange the shoesOf course, the shoes never stretched and causes extreme pain after the first wearI contacted CHANEL multiple times about returning the shoes for an exchange with no replyI contacted the store today and spoke with the store manager MsF [redacted] and she stated I couldn't exchange because they are not longer in stock, I continued to ask for a refund if I returned the shoes and she stated no as well because it was not within the day windowI explained to her that I was not told about a day window and I live hours from the store; I was willing to [redacted] the shoes for a refundI feel ripped off bec

On two separate occasions I was sent USED deodorant sticksThe first was received via Order ***; the deodorant stick box was covered in fingerprints, had no shrink wrap, and the stick itself had smears all over the thad been usedI called to voice my displeasure and I was sent a second deodorant stickUpon receipt, this deodorant stick also had no shrink wrap, fingerprints, etcand moreover, had HUMAN HAIR on the stick itselfThis is clearly retaliation for my initial complaint given the deplorable conduct of the telephone customer service representativesMost notably, *** **
I seek a full refund for the deodorant stick (including the sales tax) and for someone from management to call my legal counsel-the phone number for my legal counsel has been provided numerous times to telephone customer service representatives but, no one has bothered to call

I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from the website,Chanel.com and after only a couple months they are starting to fall apart The pearls on the arms are starting to change colors and have small what looks like cracks underneath whatever coating is on themAlso, the case interior is separating from the exterior, it looks like the glue is not holding it togetherIt is the second time I have an issue with the case,and it was already repaired once,and again it falls apartI have contacted customer service already, and the corresponding department has deemed this not to be a quality issue without any explanation why are the pearls crack or case is not glued togetherI have sent pictures to the business as well
