Chanello has not refunded any money to my account as of today. 7/29/14. I can provide proof.

Review: I purchased 2 Steak and Cheese subs and received the wrong order. I politely went back into the business and asked them to re-make my food or give me my money back. They refused to do either one to help me then proceded to call me names and belittle me in front of employee's and customers. I was called a " [redacted] and a " [redacted] for complaining about my order. I was harassed and asked for the owners phone number and they refused to give it to me. Then one of the delivery drivers continues to drive past my house stalking me.Desired Settlement: I would just like better service to future customers and a apology.

Spoke to the business; it was stated that this customer is not allowed to enter this business, order from this business, or have any interactions with this business. There have been assault charges brought up against this customer in the city of [redacted] for physical assaulting an employee of the business.

Review: I placed a online order for a food product for delivery on Wednesday, July 9,2014 at 11:57am for delivery to my work address at [redacted] for 1:00pm. This is less than one mile from this business. I paid with my debit card from [redacted]. When I submitted the order, it told me I needed to call the store. I did that right away and the manager on duty told me that "I was Good" and that, "He had the order." The money was deducted from my bank account. At 1:20PM I had not received my food so I called . I was told by the same manager that he was short on Drivers and I should have my food very soon. At 1: 50Pm I called again , spoke to a employee and told him I had not gotten my food and that my Lunch period was over. I told him I did not want the food and to refund me my purchase price of $9.25. the employee said I needed to speak to the manager. After a few second the employee came back on and said the manager said he would credit my account in a few moments. At 3:30pm the money had not been credited. I called the corporate office in [redacted] and explained the same situation, told them I wanted my money refunded since I did not get any food that I paid for. She took my name and Phone # and told me she would call me back. She never did.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of my purchase amount and a apology.

Justin the manager called me black welfare trash because I wanted to use a coupon. I will never eat there again.
