My 2014 Honda Accord sustained $13700 in damages in a T-bone accident on 4.15.2016 The damaged area was the Rt. side after the front fender, all the way to the rear, Rt side curtain airbags and Lt rear wheel suspension It is just this week in July that the multiple issues were finally resolved to my satisfaction. I was informed my car was ready the first time, It was not. multiple warning lights were lit on the dash. It was due to a wrong part installed on my rear wheel bearing. I picked up my car the second time and noticed the Rt side of the rear Roof had 2 dents, Rt side doors was not aligned, Rt. mirror was scratched, one wheel was missing a nut, alignment was off, per Honda, due to a rear wheel " knuckle" that was bent. It was Chaneys suggestion to take it to Honda. Very loud road noise due to a wheel bearing damaged by the accident. There was also smudges, circular artifacts on dented roof area that had to be buffed out. "Door Sealant" that looks like touch up paint to me on the outer edge of mid front right door which had to be filed down and polished to make it look acceptable to me. My driver's side sun visor would fall off when I moved it towards the driver's window. The roof liner was replaced and the visors had to be removed and reinstalled you see. Liberty Mutual recommended this shop. I made 7, if not more, trips back to resolve all issues. Jan, Dan , Lena and Alfonso were courteous. Chaneys provided me with a rental car which was much appreciated while the issues were being addressed. All the issues should have been addressed the first time to begin with, before releasing the car to me. A meticulous inspection of all work must be done by any business is my takeaway from this experience.

Review: There where issues getting the correct parts for my vehicle, at no time did anyone at chaney's contact myself or my insurance company to notify me of the delays and this occurred more than once. I had limited to no contact for about 2 weeks and the contact I did have was initiated by me. The vehicle went overdue without notice, I got an extension on my rental, then it happened again and I got another extension. The 3rd due date came and still no news, I got another extension and ended up switching insurance companies. at this point I had to take the rental car back and chaney's tme and the insurance company the following Monday at the latest so I took the car back only to find out that the car was delayed again when I called them, at this point I asked for compensation regarding my deductible, they did oblige to the tune of $250.00 which I was okay with until they delayed the car again, granted it was only half the day I was frustrated because my wife and I both had to be at work and couldn't get the car at that time. The following Monday since they're closed all weekend I called to discuss the issue and was completely disrespected and treated so badly I decided I wasn't willing to pay the remaining balance. I discussed this with the manager and was told I wouldn't get my car until I paid the 250.00 I feel it's unfair since I wasn't informed nor did I have a vehicle for a week. If they'd have been more reasonable and kept me in the loop I'd have been able to make better plans and not get stuck without a car, I refused a rental they offered because I was assured the car would be ready and 250.00 would be deducted. Only the 250.00 was deducted.Desired Settlement: I will pay the 250.00 to get my car out of their shop but I would like my money returned for the inconvenience this has caused me and my family.
