Review: This laundromat has defective and moulds machines.Going on almost a year now several machines have coninied to grow thick green mould making it almost impossible to wash. I have notified the owner on several occasions and they have made no attempts to fix it.Also their large $4.00 machines do not always have hot water and so clothes are not able to be properly sanitized.When I notify the owner of this it is not repaired.The large machines also are often broken and take more quarters than is needed. When ever this happens and I inform the owner she is never apologetic and never reimburses me for my lost money.Desired Settlement: I would like this establishment to provide proper working machines and to get reemburse t for my lost money.I would like to be refunded $4.00 based on my most recent loss of money on the broken washing machine on 7/*/15.
