This company advertises as being the *** change of address process; however they are notThey charge $per change of address and refuse to refund your money unless you submitted duplicate transactionsThis is ridiculous; I don't know how this company has gotten away for so long with this when it is a complete rip of* charges just over a dollar to do change-of-addressOutrageous

This is a complete rip-off. The Company's ad takes you from a google search page to a website that looks like the real USPS website. They will charge you for $39 for address change and "premium benefits service". USPS allows you to change the address online for $1.05. The "premium services" are probably designed to make pass the legality test. The "premium service" they offer - unlimited address changes within 90 days - REALLY? Another premium service - free online moving guide - SERIOUSLY? When you go to make the payment it does not show you that it's going to charge you $39.95. On your account first only a $1.95 fee will appear. Most people think that's USPS charge. Then a day or two later the remaining $38 will appear. I'm surprised businesses like this are allowed to operate.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear   I understand now that the service of changing the address was complete; however, they should list the price of the change before you have to put in your credit card information. I hope this company changes the way they advertise.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company did not provide the requested service. I did not receive the promised confirmation email indicating that the service was activated and did not receive forwarded mail or the promised welcome package. Even if the service was completed, the absence of promised email notification that the service had been completed meant I could not trust that the service was implemented.After waiting 4 days for mail to arrive and with no email or contact from Change of Address and finally after researching this company online and reading a number of complaints from customers who had similar experiences with this company, I went ahead and changed my address through [redacted] myself. [redacted] had no previous record of the address change on file.Finally, I made it clear to Change of Address immediately after payment that I had made a mistake and wanted a refund. I had no intention of paying $39.95 for a service that [redacted] provides for $1.05. If the company had taken the time to respond to my prompt request to cancel the undesired service they would not have spent any resources on filling my request. However, this last point is irrelevant because, as mentioned above, the service was not completed as advertised and the company was unresponsive both in confirming the service and in responding to my complaint and request for refund. I do not believe that this company operates in good faith and it is clear that they fail to provide the service they advertise, which includes follow-up contact. For both of these reasons I request a full refund.
