There is no solution in what they are offering. They are mis-leading the user as the money did not go towards the petition I signed. I did check this. It went to Change.org - which is not mentioned anywhere when they are asking for the donation. Many users do not realize they are donating to Change.org and not to the petition they are signing.

There is no clarity on the donation request. It simply says on the pop-up menu to 'donate to the cause' it does not say Donate to Change.org. I feel this is mis-leading to the user as they would feel that 'the cause' is what they are signing the petition for - and not for the website itself. This entire pop-up should be removed as the user feels this is a part of the petition when in fact it is not. It almost appears as if you need to donate in order for the signature on the petition to be accepted. There needs to be more clarity or it needs to be removed.Sincerely,[redacted]
