Changes Hair Design

I made an appointment with hairdresser "[redacted]" and told him to only cut off 1" or less, as I had just grown my hair out to the ideal length. He proceeded to cut off much more than that, and left several sections longer than others. My hair was left with both short and long layers, and he cut underneath my hair very short. I spoke with him about my hairstyle and he was extremely rude, denied a refund or any other type of compensation and turned his back on me and walked away as I was talking with him. I had to make an appointment with another hairstylist to fix the cut, and now am left with having to grow out about 3" of hair that should have never been cut off in the first place. I would not recommend this stylist to anyone. I cannot speak for the other hairdressers at the salon, but based on my experience with [redacted], I highly recommend not making an appointment with him.
