I am very disappointed in the untruthful advertising of this skin product! The many names mentioned and referred to was another lie! Cancel order!

Also added to my bill (not ordered): Eye Serum 30 day supply Price: $0.00 Shipping: $7.95

Fit Kloud-also Not ordered Price $2.99 Shipping & Handling: $15.80

Need to Cancel Entire Order ASAP !!!

Desired Outcome

Cancellation of my order.

Trial Time too short.
I ordered the product 8/2/2020 received it 8/8/2020. I called on 8/16/2020 to say the product was not working which was a skin cream. they said it was a day too late and refused a refund. this is not enough time for a product that cost a little more than $100. They state the trial starts when you order not when you receive. this is not fair to the buyer due to the nature of the product and the cost of .this is poor customer service considering the cost and the product.

Desired Outcome

Refund and allow more time for a product of this nature .this is not just for me but others.

Chanique skin care formerly known as immortal skin care send you a free trial with you only paying for shipping but continue to charge your debit card
Duchess Kate Middleton has renamed her product to chanique skin care formerly known as immortal skin care they say that they have a free trial but you have to pay for shipping and previously with him or talc are there was nothing on your purchase or anything on the page about the fact that you are signing up for a membership and they can charge minimum 104 75 a month where I was charged 250 a month for a normal sized bottle full of the facial serum and a second bottle with the facial lotionunfortunately after I received the trial I went to Chicago and I worked up there for 9 months I didn't know till I got home and saw black envelopes full of the two bottles of skincare there was no inventory list in there it wasn't a thank you this is your purchase amount here's our phone number to email no information inside the envelope just the product so they refused to refund me I offered to send the products to them they said that I could attempt that but I have to pay for the shipping and the restocking fee and if they do accept the product I'm only going to get 50% of what I paid but the one the phone was honest and said I wouldn't even try because we're not going to accept it we don't accept anybody's product backI cancelled the membership you need me and complain about how they're skimming and lying to people which they denied and my bank I disputed the charges of 2800.00 but I lost the dispute because the company showed the box I can send it and my payment and as well as I received the actual product so I couldn't get money back from the bank and it infuriates me when now I'm just getting a free trial offer and she just changed the name it's the same shipping price and the only thing different is now on the advertisement if you scroll all the way down and there's a EV bitty black and white footnote that says you're signing a membership you have to cancel it yourself so will I automatically cancel and then if you call the company they don't take cancellation by phone has to be a written letter mailed to them then they'll cancel it but yeah like this is a scam artist 101 I'm also reaching out to class actions. Calm because I am excited to hopefully be a part of a class-action that gets my money back even though they'll take forever but I have nine bottles of immortal skin care and immortal facial serum which I paid 254 per month and each time he charged my debit card the strange thing was each charge the name was changed but only by a slight bit so it would go from immortal care in Washington to immortal skin care from Pennsylvania Miss Middleton's face Care from New Jersey I mean it had a different name and a different city on each of the nine months that I have charges on my debit card

Desired Outcome

In a perfect world I would like all of my money back end I am happy to ship these products back to them I've offered that but they said no but I just want my money back because signing up for 7.95 and shipping turned into almost $3,000 clearly this is a scamnot sure from whose side but you are being scammed when you sign up for a free product just pay for shipping then they do not tell you anything about your order when do you do receive it again I had nine black envelopes nothing inside of it but my credit card records show that each month it was a different name and in a different state which made it very difficult for my bank to dispute because it look like different charges but it's the same item and when I asked to cancel the contracts in the products back they cancel my contract but you know said that there's no point in sending the products back because they're not going to accept them and if they did I could pay the restocking fee plus I'd only get half of back what I paid so I have all these products I'm not using that are brand new still sealed and these people got almost $3,000 out of me before I came home and realized what was going onI wish that the news channel will pick up on this because I believe this is the why why Queen Elizabeth is so mad at her because she knows that her daughter-in-law is selling scam artist crop and is going to get wrapped up in it and I look forward to the day I see you get arrested for this I really do it's coming duchess Middleton

I read that the company is not evaluated by FDA and not clinically approved, The auto-ship program is hard to get rid of and can take extra money from your bank account, they advertise as a FREE trial for $7.98 which is for shipping. But if you don't hit the button for the Terms and Conditions, you'll find yourself owing the full price which can be very costly, for one product is over $100.00, It states that if you don't cancel within the 14 days of purchasing the product to cancel they will charge you the full amount of the products, and that's 14 days, not business days, and the creams should last for 30 days. So in reality you have about 6-7 days to see if you like the product, Remember Your only aware of this if you hit the button for Terms & Agreement, In my opinion this product does not do a thing to improve your skin, I got better results using cheap drug store products.
