Review: I was offered a position as line manager, I interviewed with Mr. [redacted] and a offer letter was sent o me via email a week before my start date.. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on the phone numerous times about starting and was really excited, then I received and email on asking for the signed copy, I sent the signed document that night so he could have it in the morning...Then on the morning of the 10th I received a letter stating the offer has been revoked. On the contract there was no deadline or time line for submitting, I was planing on bringing it with me on my start date, even when speaking with Mr. [redacted] the night of the 9th he never eluded to me that he needed the document,until I saw the email the night of the 9th, so I sent it to him...I turned down another job to take this one and two days before the start he revokes it telling me I didn't turn it in on time....Desired Settlement: Honestly don't know what to do on this, what a horrible business practice and unethical there should be a law against employers doing this, I have a special needs child and now I have no insurance, just horrible to do to somebody
