I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
I am rejecting their responseThat is the same thing they told me on the phoneIt clearly states "DENIED" on the invoice for the passenger side windowThey shouldn't have had the door panel off in the first place, and as a result of them taking it off, the window will not stay upI was not charged any labor fees when they took it offWhy would I be charged anything to fix something that wasn't an issue before they touched it.
