I am rejecting this response because: the only appliance that was new was the dishwasher none of the other appliance were newI do not live like a pig and swept the floor and mopped the floor on my hands and kneesI did not move the appliances out due to that was not done when I first moved
in and it was not on the directions that I received when I moved outWe had only lived in the house for a few months and never wore our shoes in on the carpet they were always left at the garage doorWe offered to repair the holes ourselves but she insisted on doing this herselfThe holes in the wall is wear and tear when hanging a tv and honestly we could have patched and painted this our selves and done a better jobI even had someone who is a contractor that paints for a living say the patch job and paint job was sloppy and would not cost the amount I was chargedWhen it comes to cleaning the carpet it does not cost that much I could have rented a carpet cleaner myself and done it cheaperI am not asking for the full amount but $if this ends up going to court I will have to go for the full amount plus court fees and loss of work feesI moved simply to give my son a place he could call homeHe did not feel comfortable in the home I was renting, he did not feel safe and secureMy child's well being is the most important thing and I thought she would understand this but unfortnatly her only concern was being rude and dishonest
