Review: on06/**/13 I called [redacted] from Chanteclair Travel to make a reservation to go to to Brasil with my boyfriend on 8/**/2013 returning on 9/**,we first said 09/**/13 but them my boyfriend change mind and I have to called her on 06/**/13 to make changes,but she only have sit on 09/**/13 I agree with that, I gave her my credit card # and she send me the reservation which I just opend later on and notice it was 09/**/13 instead 09/**/13 I called her back again and she confirmed that I was coming back on the 09/**/13 like the email said-ok when I went to the airport on 09/** to return home I find out my flight was on 09/** instead 09/** I freak out,I had to come home in that day. I had to pay $900 for another ticket/I called her explained the incident and she told me she will check w AA and get back to me.which she never did.she didnt have the courtesy to talk to me once, and show me that was my fauld, instead she email to say she couldnt do anything.but I can prove that it was her mistake,she never email me the rigth date which was 09/**-PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!THIS IS MY #[redacted]Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE HER TO REFUND ME WITH $1092.75 THAT IS THE AMOUNT THAT I PAID FOR THE TICKET ON 09/** AND I NEVER USED,BECOUSE SHE MADE A MISTAKE SHE NEVER EMAIL ME THE RIGTH RESERVATION, I HAD TO BUY A NEW ONE ON 09/** IN ORDEM TO CAME BACK HOME IN THAT DATE.

Review: I bought a ticket to go to Brazil on December [redacted]. the airline company ([redacted]) told me they have this policy when they change the flight even in minutes, they let you change for 1 day the ticket with NO CHARGE. NO EXTRA COSTS.

But I don't know why, Chanteclair travel doesn't want to change my flight (the airline can't do it because I bought the tickets with the agency and they have to request a waver code) The airline is ready to give the this code but the agency refuse to do the request, they say the hour changes doesn't affect me that much. (I will loose my mom surgery that starts 2 hours before my arrival with the new arrival time.)

I've been treated like garbage since I started to ask for this change. They even got my facebook account closed because I made a bad review about them in a travel group.

This agency is disrespectful, and not trustable.Desired Settlement: I want my flight changed for december [redacted] and I want an upgrade on my family ticket for executive class as an apology of all the disrespectful treatment I had. If I had bought my tickets straight from the airline I would never had this problem. I already got a lawyer to sue them.

She bought their eletronic tickets throughout [redacted] which operates as an independent Travel agent.

Only after I spoke with the highest person in charge of the Travel Agency, I was able to change the date of my flight, which is my right, and not a favor they were doing to me. After I shared on Facebook my bad experience with this Travel Agency, my business account was blocked and I couldn’t access it for two full days. During this process, I have been disrespected and humiliated, which caused me unnecessary stress, affected my work, and avoided me to manage my Business, which is highly leverage on Facebook. In order to compensate for all financial loss and damages I went through, I request an upgrade in all three tickets I purchased. Otherwise, I will file a claim at the Small Court.
