Chanticlear Pizza

I have been a customer at this location for 6+ years I know the difference between a regular topping pizza and 2x extra cheese I ordered the large topping special I asked for sausage with double extra cheese on a hand tossed crust I order to of these a year I ended up receiving a sausage pizza with no extra cheese If there would have been less, there would have been open spots I took it back in and had to wait for a while as the lady cashier was in back talking to the cook Note: it wasn't long, maybe a minute or two, but it seems like a long time when you hear her back chatting away with the cook and not paying attention to the cash register area When I showed her the pizza and explained that was not double extra cheese, she quickly stated that it was and that she watched the cook make it She explained that it is "weighed" and she watched him weigh it My question is, how can years of pizzas be wrong compared to this one And openly admitted that she

I just received a letter from you Dated September 19th, 2017 that indicated it was a second notice regarding a complaint filed by [redacted] K [redacted].   We here at Chanticlear Pizza & Grill take pride in providing excellent customer service and fantastic food.  Unfortunately, I  never...
