The complaint against Chantz Brower Investments is completely unfounded I own the property that ***, and ***
rented They agreed to rent the property for the terms specified in the lease They also were aware as it clearly states in the lease agreement how to get out of the lease if they should have to move before the lease expiration date This does intail paying a lease buyout amount which they did pay, and we realeased them from the remaining term of the lease They had deposits made in the form of Pet, and Security deposits To get these deposits back the home must be in the same condition with the exception of minor wear, and tear as it was when you move in I have attached a link showing pictures of some of the work that needed to be done To clarify that work was as follows Because they attempted to use a paint that did not match the color on the wall I had to paint the entire home If they would have asked I would have provided the paint bar code that they could have taken to *** ***, and got the perfect matchThe pictures do some justice to the discoloring on the walls, but in person it was highly noticeable, and I had no choice but to paint the entire home There were many belongings of thiers that were left behind for me to finish moving them out This entailed going to the dump The home was covered in dog hair, and the carpet cleaner had to go over it more than in addition to having to use pet treatment for the smell The walls, baseboards, casing, cabinets, medicine cabinets, floors, windows, and window seals all required deep cleaning There were light bulbs that needed replaced, a door in the basement that need re and, and painted This was one of the most intense turns I have experienced The remaining charges after deducting the deposits was $1,the charges were clearly broken down, and I offered them discounts on the amounts that that the lease says will be charged Total discounts offered were $Not only did I discount it, but let them know that I would accept $if paid within days The Revdex.com asks not to have any personal information sent so I can not include the documents that have their full names and address What I can send is the move out inspection that I performed, and the photos showing the condition of the home at the time of the move out inspection I hope that this information is helpful to anyone reading this Below is a link of some of the pictures that I took during the move out inspection.***
