First of all, I have not been contacted one time regarding this complaint by Mr. [redacted] but my name is listed as the contact and was called out on our website. In regards to the complaint there are several items that Mr. [redacted] has failed to...

mention. [redacted] is not an employee at Chap Arnold Insurance. This is the person you hired to do the work for you. Secondly, our secretaries would never answer a question regarding a claim, all of that is handled by the agent direct or our claims manager on site. Once the claim was received at our office we in turn file it with the carrier which in this case was [redacted] Then they handle how the claim is paid and what the recovering cost is. We do not have any say over that process. The coverage limits are paid based on the type of policy the insured decides to have.
