Review: I was out to dinner with my significant other and the service was terrible. We are regular customers here and come here often. The waiter came to the table once when we placed our order and we had to flag him down to question him about the bill. When I received the bill, there was a 7$ "tip" added on to the end of my bill. When I asked about why this fee was added on, the waiter told me that the [redacted] said he added it on because "we never tip when we come here". Not only is he falsely accusing us of never tipping, but he also illegally added on an amount of money to my bill. When asked to speak to the [redacted], he was "out getting beer", and was told to speak to him next time we come. The waiter took off the 7$ as if he was doing us a favor. As we were leaving, we saw the [redacted] on the patio with another table, so he was purposely avoiding confrontation.Desired Settlement: I would like to know why this restaurant had the nerve to accuse and disrespect us in that manner. I'm looking for an explanation as to why they would even think of trying to sneak on a "tip" to my bill and use the excuse of us "never tipping" to justify their actions.

Review: Chapala Grill in [redacted] has the worst owner that I have ever experienced! First we had to seat ourselves because there was no one available to seat us (table of 4). There was only 2 other tables (patrons) in the restaurant and we still had to wait for 10 minutes before receiving menus to order. After placing the order with our server (who is also the owner) he repeated what we wanted and we all accepted that what he repeated was correct! About 15 minutes later half of our table receives half of our order! When waiting for an additional 5-7 minutes we ask where the rest of the tables order was....he then brings out only one plate of food and leaves one persons order out (so only three of us were able to eat)!! When asked what happened to our other order he goes to the kitchen and then comes out to go to another table where we find out that is where our other plate went! Now (while on an hour lunch break) 1 person was not able to eat because there was no time and he pretty much BLAMED us because we asked for separate checks! We then ask for the checks he brings us our bills, we give him our credit cards to pay and I find that he charged ALL OF US A DIFFERENT AMOUNT THAN WHAT WAS ON THE BILL (have the receipts to prove it)! When I go to him and ask why I was charged a different amount on my card...he stalls, says I dont know, let me see the receipt! I ask again why was I charged a different amount he could give me NO ANSWER. I TOLD MY FRIENDS TO CHECK THERE RECEIPTS AND WE ALL HAD DIFFERENT AMOUNTS CHARGED TO OUR CARDS. WHEN WE ARE THERE ASKING HIM WHY WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS CHARGED HE TOLD US ALL THAT IF WE DIDN'T LIKE IT THEN WE CAN GET THE [redacted] OUT! THIS IS BEYOND RUDE AND UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT IS ALSO FRAUD!!!!!!!!! WE HAVE ALL CALLED OUR BANKS REGARDING THIS MATTER AND IF FRAUD IS DISCOVERED THEN I WILL BE PURSUING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS RESTAURANT/OWNER! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS AND THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT WORTHY OF ANYONES BUSINESS!Desired Settlement: I CERTAINLY WANT A REFUND AND AS I STATED IF FRAUD IS DISCOVERED FROM THIS RESTAURANT THEN I WOULD LIKE TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION!! I AM A CUSTOMER AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SPOKEN TO IN THAT MATTER!!!!!
