It is the only ticket that was written-up for this vehicle. Any damages as alleged by [redacted] would have requireda body-shop visit. There is no body shop here at Chaparral Ford. Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The person who inspected the truck when it was delivered did not do a good job . The truck obviously has previous damage done to it. Now for some reason seems like an internal cover up was done so no damage appears on the history of the truck. Maybe the dealer should have done a better job at repairing the truck and nobody would have noticed. I have worked in the auto industry for over 15 years and I have had several repair shops look at the truck and confirm the truck has been repaired. I have gathered all this information and if the dealer does not wish to settle with me one on one I have no choice but to pursue legal action for a fraudulent sale
