I have had the opportunity to be a customer who recently bought a new climate care furnace and air conditioning unit with this companyAlthough the installation was done nicely minor issues surfaced wth the A/C when it started in the spring which was fix right awayI recently had some problem starting the furnace but it was again minor in nature and related to how I had programmed the digital wifi thermostat *** has exceptional customer service skills and was great by getting me an appointment quickly and making sure my needs were looked afterI had the pleasure to deal with *** for the furnace and thermostat issue and *** for the A/C issue in the springBoth were patient nice and easy to talk to taking the time to do a good job and explain what was needed to fix issues I had with my A/C and furnaceI am also on the maintenance program and reasonable in price
