I am rejecting this response because: Dental work was not done properlyAfter the work, tooth developed infection in the tooth and surrounding areas which resulted in the severe pain, antibiotics treatment, root canal and thousands of dollars spent fixing the issue created by that dentistIt is a lie that even a discount was offered for a completion of the root canalIn addition, the insurance and the patient were falsely charged for the work that was substandard and it was no use for the patient as it has to be completely removed during root canal procedureIt is a dental malpractice

I am rejecting this response because:
Dental work was not done properly. After the work, tooth developed infection in the tooth and surrounding areas which resulted in the severe pain, antibiotics treatment, root canal and thousands of dollars spent fixing the issue created by that dentist. It is a lie that even a discount was offered for a completion of the root canal. In addition, the insurance and the patient were falsely charged for the work that was substandard and it was no use for the patient as it has to be completely removed during root canal procedure. It is a dental malpractice.

I am writing this letter in response to the the complaint (a) [redacted]) filed by one of our patients, Due to HUFA requirements, I am using her initial AH instead of her name. On 07/25/2016, Al-1 received dental restorations on four teeth due to caries decay_ She called on 08/11/2016 reporting...

severe sensitivity on one of the teeth. We took her in on emergency basis the same day and did a complimentary exam and x-rays (Her insurance expired at end of 07/2016). It was found that one of the teeth developed irreversible pulpitis and needed a root canal therapy. We explained the situation to her, and offered to do the root canal therapy at a discounted fee because she is out of her insurance. She demanded the root canal treatment for free, because she thinks the toothache was caused by my bad dentistry, It is a well accepted fact that there may be some sensitivity after dental restoration. On rare occasions, a tooth may develop severe sensitivity which will need root canal therapy, even though the tooth is asymptomatic before the dental work. This is clearly explained to each patient before the treatment, and their informed consent obtained (See attached consent form by All).
