Mr [redacted] bought his vehicle in on a Wednesday with a complaint of bad gas for which he filed an insurance claim. We had to wait for his adjuster to come in and inspect the vehicle and then wait for his approval to repair. We had Mr. [redacted] in a loaner vehicle for part of the wait, and then...

a rental car once approved by the insurance company that was paying for the repair. Mr. [redacted] expressed that he was in a hurry to get back home, so two of our technicians came in on Saturday and Sunday (when the service department was closed) to complete the work. They never touched the dash and have no idea why he claims that part of it was in the backseat. They claim that they cleaned the vehicle up as best they could since he did not want to wait for the detail department to clean it. The two body bolts were broken when he brought the vehicle in, and we did not contact him regarding replacing them, which was an oversight. But that had nothing to do with his insurance claim for bad gasoline, and would not have changed the way the truck drove or sounded. The customer told the technicians to remove the snow plow harness and throw it in the back of the truck, but they only disconnected it from the battery. This vehicle was modified extensively and difficult to work on, but our technicians went out of their way, on their own time, to make these repairs as quickly as possible. Mr. [redacted] paid his $1,000.00 deductible and left to head home. There will be no refund of any part of the work done.
