Absolutely horrible I was constantly subjected to policies and scrutiny that I saw no other tenant undergoAs well as threats for completely illogical reasons, such as blinds that were sun damaged due to facing the east on a not-ground levelThe staff was snarky when it came to resolving any issuesI feel sorry for people that call the place home I ALWAYS had random children playing around my vehicle at random hours, the pool wasn't open 75% of the time I went to, and when it was it was usually unattended pre-teensI have never ha such a negative expeience with apartmentsMy previously apartment home before then was not perfect, but it was definitely several steps above the sm that Chapel Ridge passed off as management

As well as threats for completely illogical reasons, such as blinds that were sun damaged due to facing the east on a not-ground level. The staff was snarky when it came to resolving any issues. I feel sorry for people that call the place home.
