I researched backpack sprayer on chapins websiteI downloaded the product manual so I could answer my own questions about what the sprayer did or did not doi order product I found the cheapest retailer online and purchased it
the sprayer arrived without two features that were importantit lacks the pressure control and it only has filters instead of the filter their manual hosted on their website says the has
I took the time and effort to define what I wanted and got it in writing in the manual and then made the purchasethis is not the retailers faultso for them to pay my shipping and return my money is just shifting their burden to them

We had taken the following steps prior to receiving this complaint. 1) The product manual on the web site has been updated to reflect the current product configuration which was purchased by the customer. 2) The customer was refunded the purchase price of the product.
