This situation is already resolved.  It was a minor dampness issue.  We were not ignoring [redacted] as we were surprised she kept having an issue.I agree that too much time did transpire and I apologized about that to her.We installed a threshold drain in the area of...

concern.....this should take care of any problem.  I just spoke with her and assured her that we would always stand behind our work and take of any issues.  I asked her to give me a call after the upcoming weekend when we are supposedly getting some rain.Again, we have in my mind resolved the situation and hopefully the Revdex.com will receive a call removing this complaint.ThanksJim
