TERRIBLE experience ever!!! I have been going here from time to time and it was decent (not all that great) until just 2-months ago I had two of my cars serviced hereOne car had to get engine/transmission repaired, which within days the car stopped while I was driving on N!! I had to have it towed to another place, closer to where my car broke down, and they ended up telling me that the belt (that was just newly put in by choice automotive) hadn't been put in right and that caused the malfunctionI called choice automotive to tell them and to get a refund or have them the job AS PER THEIR CONTRACT AGREEMENT (30-day warranty) and they refused!!!!!! *** The other car that I had given around the same time to have the brakes + rotor replaced, is now completely thin and I have to get those replaced and its ONLY BEEN MONTHS! not evenI'm really upset about the service that was given and how they DIDN'T deal with any of thisIt's been over a month since they said "they'll get back to me"I DO NOT recommend this place at all, there are other car services within a mile radius that you should take your car to if you have to
I have been going to Choice Automotive for quite some time and haven't had any problems so far with the work done on my car or the gentlemen that work there. I've had my transmission replaced and if something happened, they guys were right on it to make sure everything was ok. I personally recommend this place to my friends and coworkers when they have car trouble. No place you go to is going to be perfect 100% of the time, but these guys sure do try to make your experience a good one.
