This is an unacceptable response. In fact, the person responding is probably the same person who is denying to refund me until the review is deleted. I don't know...

what there is to "look into" this is nothing short of plain stealing.

After buying an axle for my quad, I installed it and found the boot was torn. it was brand new. When I called them, the best they would even consider was send it back. When I told them it was on the bike, they said it was a slim chance the place would replace it. I was upset that they wouldn't consider any other options. when I brought it in, I offered to buy a new boot if they would put it on and he told me I would have to pay the labor. Really? I just paid $230 for an axle that I could have gotten from the dealer in Enfield and now they want me to pay $14 for the new boot as well as $40 minimum for labor? I'm all for supporting local businesses but I don't appreciate getting raped for it. I won't recommend this shop. [redacted] is a pleasant place to go. I'll drive the extra 1/2 hour to go there from now on.

Review: I purchased a jet ski pump that was advertised as a [redacted] part number for $300. I received the pump and it was not the [redacted] as advertised. I talked with [redacted] and he said to send it back and he would refund my money. I returned the pump at to Chaplin Kawasaki at a cost of $26.18 to me. Several days later I received a refund of only $256. The refund should have been $326.18 because Chaplin Kawasaki falsely advertised the item as being a [redacted] which it was not. I was shorted $70.18 for Chaplin Kawasaki's false advertising.Desired Settlement: I want my $70.18 that is owed to me because of Chaplin Kawasaki's false advertising.

Review: On 3/9/13 I purchased a cylinder head off [redacted] from Chaplin Kawasaki. Item #XXXXXXXXXXXX. On about 3/22/13 I received the item. Once taking a look at the item I noticed it was different and that I had bought the wrong year. I then contacted the seller by email on 04/2/13 to see if I could return the item. They replied back on 04/04/13 and told me you may send it back with a copy of this email if it was within 14 days and we will refund you. So I went to the [redacted] store the next day 04/05/13. The item was then shipped back and ended up being delivered on 04/11/13. I have been email back and forth since then trying to find out why I have not gotten my refund yet. I emailed them on 04/15/14 they replied back a few hours saying once we got it we will process the refund. I emailed them again on 04/23/13 and received an email back on 04/25/13 saying sorry I don't show it coming back in my system yet. Did you track it or can you give me the tracking number and I will check for you. I replied back the same day with my [redacted] tracking number [redacted]XXXXXXXXXXX. They replied back on 04/27/13 saying this did not come back here because we don't have anyone with the name who signed for it. What address did you send back to. On 05/7/13 I asked again if they had anymore information on my refund. They replied back on 05/8/13 saying sorry I have not seen it and don't know where it was dropped off. Since then I have called them a couple of times trying to find out where it is. They kept saying [redacted] has a last name good who signed for it and they have no one by that name. I spoke with them asking well then who signs for your packages. They told me their employee [redacted] does. I then called [redacted] to see what they could do and [redacted] sent me a copy of the signature which was signed for by a [redacted] L and could make out the rest of the last name. They said yes that would be her but they still do not have my package and since they do not have it will not refund me. It has now been too long since the original purchase date to take this to [redacted] is telling us the package was delivered they cannot do anything now. We know they received the package but are refusing to give me my money back and wi

We are willing to get you the correct manual but you need to send back the incorrect one. We can't mail you out another without having the other one back unless you want to pay for the new one and get refunded for the other one when it comes back. I apologize for the inconvience and we would give you a refund for your return shipping. You just seem to want to make complaints and keep the wrong one. You are unsatisfied with the way [redacted] is trying to resolve this as well. If you don't return it within the return policy period you will get stuck with it. Please send it back asap for a full refund plus return shipping refund.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the partial settlement response from the business.)

I have returned the incorrect manual to you via [redacted], at MY EXPENSE and INCONVENIENCE (you never offered to pay the return postage). This entire episode could have been easily avoided had you simply stepped-up and done the right thing to begin with. You should have provided me with a pre-paid mailer to return the incorrect manual; once you got that manual you could have then sent me the correct one. Now, I have spent time and money and have nothing to show for it; I can only hope you will refund the original charge, I will just have to wait and see. And no, I will not bother to do business with you again.

Review: on 9/22/15 I phone ordered a part from chaplin Kawasaki, this was listed on [redacted], I called them directly. on [redacted] it was listed as in stock, ready to ship, they stated they would ship the same day. I called the following Monday (9/28) and asked for a tracking number. They informed me they had not shipped it as they did not have the part yet. I asked if they planned to air ship the item to make up for the delay and they said no. So I canceled the order over the phone. 10/7 I look to see if they refunded the charge to my credit card. they had not. I called and left a message for Jessica on 10/9 as well as 10/12. I finally got in contact with her and asked her why I had not been refunded and she stated "remove your google review and you will be refunded."

I told this "Jessica" that withholding my money in exchange for the deletion of my comment is illegal and I will be contacting the Revdex.com, she suggested I do that.

9/28 I had left a google review warning others not to use this company, slow shipping.Desired Settlement: immediate refund of $91.84

Review: On December 25,2013 I purchased a new kawasaki digital hooded white sweatshirt zip up hoody in adult mens large and never received the item.I contacted them on January 22,2014 and talked with a girl about the item and was told that she would send it out in a few days and email me a shipping number but still have not heard anything from them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the item.I feel I cannot trust them to say they will send it and then they won't seeing that they already said they would and they did not.

Awful. Service and repair is worse. Don't bring them anything or buy anything there. Go else where. Better yet run somewhere else !!
