Chapman Carpet Cleaning

Review: Business advertised $9.99 per room special. Called to schedule cleaning. Cleaning with the additional hall and stairs should come to about $50. When the person he was showing a list of other services that would equal over $200. I said all I needed what I specified originally. Then he quoted me $75. I said that doesn't add up for what I requested. He insisting on that price. I just decided to ask him to leave I don't want their service. Within 5 min the owner called me to try to resolve issue and said that the man doing the cleaning misunderstood what was arranged. I agreed to let him come back and when he did the first thing he I'm glad to see me my manager straitened you out. Then he commented about me having him leave earlier as if I had the problem. I went ahead and just had then clean the carpets. After he was done I checked his work. Basically the quality of the service was poor. Is was done so quickly with no effort that there are areas that look like they haven't been touched. When he left I called the owner to complain and express my concerned he laughed and he would try to make it up to me next time. I said there is not going to be a next time and hung up on me...Add reader carpets deep steam cleaned, no hidden charges, pre spotting skilled technicians. from the start the cleaners got out of their car and started arguing as they brought up equiptment. they were both large guys..argued with me about charging extra than what I was initially quoted. He wanted extra money to "scrub"the carpet...hello if you dont do that nothing would get clean. He used an old machine and it did not work properly... He was hired to steam clean the carpet. He also took a picture of my check but later gave it back to me like "im not doing anything"well if there's online deposit then hes already paid! Plus he filled up on water for his old machine and did nothing. He also took pictures of the whole area like hes trying to show before and after...but he was really trying to cover his self so he can fend the complaints......Hes a pro. He called who hes working for while he argued with me and tried to defame my character. Im very upset. I feel victimized. Ive never gone through anything like this.

I sincerely hope this complaint helps to prevent this from happening.
