Customer was contacted directly by the Owner/Operator and given a full explanation of the internet pricing which included all applicable rebates and incentives.  The consumer did not qualify for all rebates and incentives and that is where the price differential came in.  Additionally,...

Chapman Chevrolet experienced a double feed of the rebates from GM and this reflected double the rebate amounts available.  This was all explained to the consumer but he had no interest in hearing anything reasonable from the dealer.

Dealership is a fraud and they sell cheaply repaired vehicles. Tom N[redacted] is well aware that his dealership has sold me two defective vehicles and agreed on all repairs with zero cost to me. There has been no damage on the vehicles on my behalf and no work has been done on the cars , this again is the dealership attacking me the customer. Tom N[redacted] has made numerous references against me that are untrue and I refuse to allow such things to go on . This is the dealerships way of attacking it's customers and I will not.be bullied by Tom N[redacted] and the chapman auto group .I have had numerous encounters with staff there and everyone except him has displayed an acceptable level of sympathy for a returning customer. As I stated before I will make sure this dealership is exposed for the fraudulent practices there , I am aware of my rights and have sought out legal help with this matter. I have been attacked by the owner in numerous emails and he has displayed unacceptable behavior as the owner of this establishment.

Mr. Jackson has already disputed this complaint with his credit card company and they upheld our position. We did deliver a vehicle to Mr. Jackson and the bank bounced his contract because they determined he falsified his employer and income. We made many attempts to have Mr. Jackson return the...

Vehicle and he broke all promises. We finally hired a recovery company to retrieve his vehicle which cost more than the $500 from Mr. Jackson.

Attached you will find the two deal worksheets and the two "we owes" of what was due to [redacted] & his family...neither say anything about a trade or paying lease payments to [redacted] (leasing company)...you will also find our email correspondence from yesterday (the first time he contacted...

me)...the email includes his threats of defamation and use of attorneys...I also included the defaming review he posted yesterday about our business and employees before I was done the investigation on our end, along with a defaming review he posted about another dealership less than a mile down the street from us...yesterday, I requested a copy of the bill statements two times in our correspondence...I still have not received them...I interviewed the salesperson (Darius) and he stated [redacted] said "both leases had no payments left"...If we were to set up payments to a leasing company, it would have been printed on the "we owe" slip (which was given to him) and written on the deal worksheet when we presented the payments to [redacted] and his family...I can understand his confusion being that he leased the cars within 2 months of each other at the other dealership three years ago.Tell us why here...

We supplied a loaner for 6 days and covered the additional parts required to repair the vehicle. The additional charges are between the customer and [redacted]. Chapman agreed to pay 6 days from day 1and have not made commitments otherwise. There will be no additional goodwill offered.

[redacted] decided to return the vehicle she bought 3 weeks prior.  She put 800 miles on the vehicle and returned it with damage.  When she bought the vehicle, she put down a $1000 deposit.  According to the buyers order, if she cancels the contract, we can keep her deposit.  Instead of keeping her deposit, we went and got a 3rd party estimate for the damage ($813).  [redacted] was aware of this the Saturday she came to return her vehicle.  When [redacted] came over yesterday to pick up her title, she refused to take the check for $187 (the difference between the damage and her deposit).  [redacted] made a claim with her insurance company.  The insurance company can give [redacted] a check for the damage.  To address her trade, it was in such bad shape, that we took it right to the auction.  [redacted] is now making a claim we damaged her brakes.  The previous day before she came to pick up her trade, we sent a driver to Plymouth Meeting to pick up the vehicle (about 30 miles away).  The driver said nothing about an issue with the brakes.  I don't understand [redacted]s issue with getting the check from her insurance company.

We recently changed management at this store and we are looking into the customers request. Sorry for the delay.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I brought my car 2011 [redacted] in to get warranty work done which was covered under my warranty. No one from Chapman [redacted] called and asked about brakes, which are not covered under warranty...They did not want to give me a refund because I have no clue where brakes came from no signed paperwork that shows me asking for brakes. All my work done was paid by warranty coverage, that is  why it was brought in.. I want my money and I do have to go to small claims court the GM there was rude and ignorant and wanted to look in trash for my old brakes, but he said that deal is off because I filed a police report.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The $342.00 for the rental car is not my issue, as it took Chapman Chevrolet over 2 weeks to fix and get my car up to state inspection after numerous back and forth calls, lies and unresponsiveness. Also, I am not so sure about this statement:"
We did repair the vehicle for him at no charge a repair that would have
not been covered by his warranty that would have cost him over $800.00."
If they repaired the vehicle for me at no charge, why would we even be in this predicament? Because of their lack of detail and briefness of their response to not honor my request, I wonder how serious they are about their customer satisfaction. Not to mention the fact that they did not address my Oil Change sticker missing from my vehicle when I finally got it back. They also did not address the harassing voice mails and phone calls that I received from Mr. F[redacted], himself, in their response to my complaint. Come to think of it, they really did not point out any of the facts I had in my complaint about the gentleman being fired and not fixing things correctly the first time. So that leads me to think that both myself and the Revdex.com would just forget about them. Being berated by a 'manager' via a telephone call is not acceptable. I would very much appreciate settling this matter as soon possible so that all parties can move on. In addition, I would still like the $200 for the second deductible that I had to pay. Thank you in advance,
Regards,

Chapman Chevrolet prior to receiving this complaint had already committed to and repaired the vehicle at no cost to the customer. The only unfortunate event was that the customer even at Chapman Chevrolet's expense did not meet the rental requirements of [redacted] rental. At this point we have meet...

the customer expectation of repair and we are awaiting the customer to pick up their vehicle.
