Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I believed my complaint had been resolved when the business promised to reimburse me $2,000.00 in January of 2016. Unfortunately the business has failed to honor its promise and has NOT made the full reimbursement it promised. It still owes me $1,000.00. As such I do not consider my complaint resolved.
Regards,

Since we agreed upon the $2,000.00 refund in August I have incurred some financial setbacks and still in the process of recovering. I have full intention to fully reimburse the $2,000.00 as soon as possible. Review: I provided to [redacted] an 11-page set of custom house drawings for which I paid an architect several thousand dollars, as [redacted] had agreed to give me a bid to build the house. After six weeks, he did not provide the bid, although twice during the early part of this time period he told me he was working on it and would have it to me within the week (we last spoke by phone on March 31, 2014). After my many attempts to contact him since, both by phone and email, he has failed to get in touch with me. Over the past two weeks, I have spoken on the phone with a woman who answered his cell phone and left messages with her (and also on his cell phone voice mail and by email) that I would like to make arrangements with him to get the drawings back, as they were provided to him temporarily for bidding purposes only and he has held up our project for several weeks now. In those messages I said that I would be happy to pick up the drawings at a time and place of [redacted]'s convenience. My last two messages were left on April 13th and 18th, 2014, asking that [redacted] get in touch with me to make arrangements to return the drawings to me. No one has contacted me since. As I have paid the architect in full for the drawings of this custom house design, the drawings are my property. These drawings have complete specifications for construction of this house and would allow [redacted] to build this house for someone else, or himself, if he so desired, without paying the architectural design fees that I already have paid. In effect, he has stolen my property and is refusing to return it.Desired Settlement: This is a very simple matter. I just want [redacted] to return my 11-page set of drawings. I would be happy to pick them up at a pre-arranged time and place, or [redacted] may drop them off at my home if he prefers.
