Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Since the original complaint, contact has not been made from the dealership A carfax was not run at time of saleAn auto check report was provided, which shows no damage to vehicle, but all damage is noted on carfaxI do have proof of the odometer being rolled back, all original paperwork from sale has been retained, which can be provided and will be forwarded to the department of transportation and justice for automobile fraudYes, the original vehicle has been surrendered but all original paperwork shows proof of ownership Regards, [redacted]
