He skipped out on a bill after causing damage to our gate, we are attempting to locate his new business address. the 1430 address is another business now and his home was foreclosed by the bank and IRS

Company was contracted to solve flooding problem in backyard.On 5/21 We received an email from [redacted], stating that "the estimate included adding soil around back patio to make sure water flows from house towards back fence line. Includes prepping soil in backyard and adding 2 pallets of [redacted], keeping in mind water is to flow towards back of property. Also includes adding soil and sod to area on right side of house neat gate" Cost of Project $1150. We then asked if this could be done for $1,000. In which Mr. [redacted] agreed to. After a hard rain there is still flooding in the backyard. And after Numerous attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] he finally said he would come out and take a look. He then sent another estimate stating he performed the work as agreed and to fix the problem would be another $980.00. When we asked why the problem wasn't done in the first place, he replied and said he completed the project as discussed and that he had to use less materials due to the discount, which he never mentioned before. He also stated that there may have been some confusion due to the language barrier. However, the original e-mail clearly states what was supposed to be done, and if Mr. [redacted] had said the discount would mean using less material we would have paid the original estimate.Desired SettlementWe would like the job to be completed as originally contracted. "for the water to flow towards the back fence line"
