Today, I received letter from [redacted] stating acceptance of adjusted invoice charges to $241, 56.Please accept this letter as my formal retraction of complaint against Chapman's Legacy Plumbing.Thank you,[redacted]
Review: As you know, I am a Senior on a minimal fixed income of $888/month. And you were referred to me as being “Very Honest” and would not overcharge. You quoted estimate of $225-$250 to replace tub drain & overflow cover & gasket, than you gave 2nd estimate of $400 to include replace stem on tub valve, and shower arm (customer shower arm). You completed all work in one hour, so your labor $338.44 is extremely high and outrageous! I talked with three other plumbers and they quoted labor per hour from $75-$100-$120-$150.Desired Settlement: [redacted], I like you and appreciate your help. Would you please correct invoice showing labor $150/hour plus parts & tax $61.56 for total $241.56.
