I am rejecting this response because: all that he said is a complete lie my husband did not go up there and cause a scene my husband did go up there and confront them about what happened but they were very rude and there was guys working on my front tires I watched one of them tighten down my tire but the other one I think his name was Jacob his phone rang and all he did was go over and lower the jack he tightened my tire down with his hands and not torque wrench and my husband went up there twice and the guy he talked to first knew exactly who did it and said he was fired for being on his phone so much and they will reimburse me because I have a and a yr old and if that tire would have come off when I was driving with my kids in the car it would have hurt them badly I am going to keep reporting and keep reporting until they do something about it because that put my kids life at risk and they should reimburse me for not tourquing my tire down but I absolutely will never go back to that tire shop now all I want is a full refund plus cost for my tie rod that broke because of it?

I am rejecting this response because:he is lying because he never checked my vehicle because if he did then he would have seen that we put a brand new tie rod on it because it was damaged and I have receipt for everything that had to be replaced because of it and yes I do want dollars because of the fact that it did fall off and it did damage my vehicle and he would have seen that if he did inspect my vehicle and he clearly did not inspect it he is lying because he wants to cover his business but I have receipts for everything we had to replace because of the damage it did to my car I do want full refund of dollars or I will she the whole business for the damage done and I will get it that way because like I said I have paperwork proving the damage done to it so they can do it the easy way or the hard way because I already have a lawyer willing to take case and I was told I can get a lot more in court because he put my kids lives in danger?

The tire never came off the vehicle.? If it did there would be damage.? I personally inspected the vehicle myself and saw no damage at all and nothing to the tie rod.? First the husband told me it was the passenger side and she is stating the driver's side.? Everything on the car is in tact.? The husband told me if I would give him $he would call it square

We did install the radiator correctly and the customer returned for re installation, which was done at a different shop in Bathalto, IL. Two days latter he returned to the Woodriver, IL shop complaining the radiator was over heating. I explained we installed the radiator for free. He said he purchased a thermostat and antifreeze and asked that we installed it for free. After inspection, we found the head gasket was cracked causing the engine to over heat. The customer still asked that we replace the thermostat, which we did. Later he called saying the car was still overheating. He took it to another shop and was told the thermostat was installed backwards. My mechanics did not installed the thermostat backwards.

I am rejecting this response because:They tried to repair the radiator to resolve this issue, but now it is worse. It is constantly overheating, I made them aware of the situation and all they said is that I would have to pay more, which I don’t understand because it is not my fault they couldn’t fix it correctly. I took it to another shop and they said thermostat is in backwards and that coolage is not even flowing in through your system it is going up instead of down. I want my $50 back along with the cost of repairs.
