Chapple Bros. did my roof. They are very professional, the work is top notch. David C[redacted] contacted me daily with up dates. My roof was in very poor shape due to neglect but Chapple's got me fixed up right. After the work was done I could not find any building material left in the yard. Unbelievable how clean they left my property. I'd use them again in a heartbeat
Chapple Brothers Roofing was very professional and placed great emphasis on achieving reliability in their finished product. They are not the least expensive contractor, but you probably shouldn’t want that for something as important as your roof. They explained everything that needed to be done and answered all our questions. They gave us booklets to make it easy to see what the shingles looked like and what else needed to be done to the roof. Only materials that they deem to be reliable and of good quality are used. They incorporated sufficient underlayment materials that leaks would be avoided, even though that made their cost higher than competitors (others used less underlayment in valleys and reduced their cost but also reduced the reliability). Chapple Brothers actually went up on the roof and measured so that an accurate quote was provided and an accurate amount of materials was ordered. Some others just estimated from on the ground, but may have to increase the cost most of the way through construction when their estimate is off. Then, Chapple Brothers brought samples of the color shingles we were considering and put them on the roof so we could decide on what we wanted. Their workers were polite and respectful of our property. They came on time and finished the job in a timely manner, weather permitting. When they were finished, they cleaned up well. They refused to put the roof down in winter due to material reliability issues, when temperatures would prevent the shingles from laying down properly and glue as a stop-gap measure can eventually lead to buckling. We would definitely recommend this company.
