As of February 26, 2016, Chapter 11, Inc has attempted to make contact with *** *** via telephone and emailThe attempt by telephone was unsuccessful as the customers voice mail box was full and no longer accepting messagestherefore, the second attempt was made to the email address provided
by the CustomerEnclosed with this letter I have provided the email sent to *** by Chapter 11, incThe email does state that Chapter 11, incis sending a full refund to *** *** with a letter of apology

I received an email from a woman named [redacted] from Chapter 11 who said I was issued a full refund check on 2/26. It is now 3/5 and I still have not received it. I have let her know and have only heard back that her family is sick and she won't be able to look into it until later. She assured me it would be in my possession by 3/2. Her emails sound fake and I am not positive I will ever be getting my money back. "My name is [redacted], I am the Finance Assistant for Chapter 11, Inc.  I have just recently come back to work from a lengthy leave of absence.  Among the stack of mail that I have been sorting through this week, I have come across a Revdex.com letter regarding a complaint against Chapter 11, Inc. submitted by you on 01-08-2016.  I attempted to call you at the number provided. Unfortunately, your voicemail informed me that it is full and is no longer able to accept messages.  The reason for my call was to apologize for the inconveniences that you have been experiencing with Chapter 11, Inc.  I would love to rectify this situation for you and send you a check via mail to  the address you have provided."I returned the call shortly after and left a message, no call back.Still waiting for the $210.99.

On June 13, 2016 at 2:10 pm Chapter 11 contacted [redacted] via the provided phone number. Chapter 11 apologized to [redacted] for her inconveniences. To rectify the situation, [redacted] was offered a delivered exchange of a replica of the chest initially purchased. [redacted] expressed her frustrations and refused...

the offer Chapter 11 presented. Alternatively, [redacted] suggested that she would come into Chapter 11 located on Brighton Avenue to collect the appropriate hardware for her merchandise. A call was made to a Sales Associate in the Portland location. The Sales Associate prepared the hardware which is ready to be retrieved as soon as [redacted]'s is available.
