I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I Am Very Sorry To Hear [redacted]  Complaint. It"s  A Shame She Could Not Pick Up The Phone And Call Me With This. However, She Has Her Facts Mixed Up. She Not Only Had Loose Lug Nuts 2 Lug Studs And Nuts Were Damaged And had To Be Replaced And 2 Had The Threads Repaired. This Is...

Clearly Shown On Her Invoice #[redacted] Dated 08/17/16. Also She Was Charged 1.6 Hours @ 95.00 per hour. The Real Time Labor Guide And Mitchell Guide Both Give 1.9 Hours To complete This Repair On Only 1 Lug Stud.. So Not Only Was She Not Overcharged She Was Given A Discount. As To Her Complaint About Her Daughters Car, She Stated She Had Been To Several Repair Shops And They Could Not Fix The Problem. After Repairs Were Done She Said The Problem Was Fixed But She Did'nt Have All The Money Right Then And Asked If She Could Pay Some Down And Pay The Rest In A couple Of weeks. I Agreed To Help Her Out And Do That.She Owed $295.39 On Invoice #[redacted] Dated 08/05/16.She Paid $80.00 And I Have Not Heard From Her Since. I Hope She Pays This Bill Soon To Avoid Collection Charges And The Hassel Of Dealing With A judgment. As To Her Request For A refund No Way.        P.S. In Almost 20 Years Of Business And 5 Most Honest Auto Shop Awards  This Is The Only Time I Have Ever Heard Anything About Our Company Being Unfair To Women Or Anyone Else.
