Miss S*** did purchase a vehicle from Chars Cars, there was a problem with the title, and
she did purchase an additional day tagShe had a lapse on her car insurance and
reinstated
it a week after it lapsed and also the morning her vehicle was repo'd was the morning her insurance was reinstated within minutes of the repossessionAt the time of repossession Ms S*** was $past due she paid when she wanted toHer account was sto be paid Bi-Weekly at $per payment she was due 6/paid 7/$110.00, due 7/paid 7/$70.00, due 7/paid on 7/28, due 8/paid 8/$110.00, due 8/paid 9/then stated she would be back in two weeks and never showedMs S*** states that her job changed payroll companies but yet her
last two payments that were paid were weeks apartAs far as the a/c she was told we would put
a charge in the a/c if it didn't hold we would not repair at our expense
