I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I maintain that the HR person who handles ( and indeed signs up customers) for the [redacted] program was poorly vetted. She didn't have a clue as to what the time for close out time was. Perhaps the company would be advised to re-visit that business to re-orient her to their services.That's probably the best I can hope for I would hope this would prevent any confusion for other employees in the future. I think the complaint should stand.
