Dear Revdex.com.This unhappy client is going all over the internet with personal emails to threaten the owners of personally taking them to court for advertising and fraud? We have given her the response in the review below on yelp? We believe that her being present in the store, approving the final rates after our retail discounts from our counter and then shipping her packages with us was a transaction? We are brokers for retail shipping services? What is abis her blown out of the proportion rant regarding this transaction as being a fraud and manipulative scheme, just because we gave her 50% off from our regular retail rates? What if we didn't give her the discount and didn't advertise it ? ? We have been a retail store as FedEx Authorized Shipping Center since and this customer recently showed up for the first time in October, shipped her packages, took advantage of our marketing discounts, then went on the internet to start comparing rates and started writing these nasty reviews everywhere from social media to Revdex.com and the DOJ? We believe that her complaint holds no logic and validity? Her discounts show up on her receipt and there were no disagreements during the time of the transactions? The whole shipping and packaging of her items, on both occasions, was done in front of her while she waited in our store and ? had us do all the work and take advantage of our discounts? We handed the receipt to her as well as emailed it to her? Please disregard this client's complaint and help us remove the tarnishing of our reputation? These kinds of misrepresented reviews do hurt small businesses and merchants who have to take precious business time off their business and instead repair their name and goodwill unnecessarily? As you can see on your receipt, your discount was applied to our regular retail rates for your shipments upon full disclosure and transparency of the final price you were paying at our service counter? You had the option to not going forward with the transactions if you disapproved anything about them, regardless of any promotions? Explanation for your $charge - As a shipping service center for FedEx, DHL and USPS, we have to follow the required guidelines by the courier services on the type of packaging to accept from our clients? Your item was packed with duct tape which the carriers do not accept as the correct tape to seal a cardboard box? The tape falls off due to heat in the trailer and exposes your package to claims and liability? Even the corrugated box and packaging need to be in accordance with the recommended guidelines of our carriers due to liability exposureAs your item was not Ship Ready, we made it acceptable for our carriers by using the correct packing materials and spending our time and effort on your shipping item? All time and materials are charged for all our services on a prorated basis? Thank you and we hope this clarifies your misunderstanding

It is unprofessional to make it sound like I have a personal issue with the business because I dont, all I care of is to get an honest and real service and genuine discount with no manipulation and to correct anything else, anything illegal should be reported to the right authorities for corrections because thats what they are there for, playing victim ans getting personal and is unprofessionalThe fact that I was handed the receipt and didn't check before I left the store was because I trusted the store to deliver the discount genuinely 100% as advertised, its not my job as a customer to check honesty of each business I deal with specially when I have my toddler son and just want to be done with whatever im doing and go on with my day, there are authorities and organizations who are dedicated for thatMy problem with the discount is that it was untrue, on my receipt it was printed "50% off Fedex ground" and then turned out that the price of shipping my packages with Fedex ground was exactly the same had I went there directly instead of shipping through OfficelocaleIf, as zee hussein says, the shipping was on OfficeLocale retail shipping rates then that is unacceptable because the only interpretation of the sentence "50% off Fedex ground " that was on my receipt means exactly what it is: 50% off Fedex ground, which is the price going to Fedex ground to ship the package regardless of anything between fedex ground and the customer. Given point number 4, its obvious that there was no 50% off fedex ground delivered (as claimed and printed on my invoice and electronic receipt I received from OfficeLocale) since after I compared the cost of shipping my packages directly with fedex ground was the same price I was charged by officelocale. If as mrZee says that the discount was on his retail shipping rates then that too is unacceptable because there is no where on the banner or in his store or even his website that mentions that, and there is no retail rates declared anywhere, which means he can upmark the shipping cost by 100% then charge the same regular price and claim that there was 50% (marketing manipulation for fake discount)On a different note, the packing services were done on my package without informing me that I will be charged for it, mr zee from officelocale went ahead with removing my taping mentioning that it needs to be packed properly for Fedex to ship but did not mention that I will be charged for that, only when it was time to pay I asked him what was the extra charge and he told me it was the packing service! Had I been given the choice I would have re-done my taping myself instead of paying extra for that without my informed decision

This particular client is trying get her shipping done for free by playing a victim of fraud and advertising. Either she is extremely naïve about her understanding of retail promotions like banners saying “50% off all furniture in a furniture shop, or 50% off all shipping in a shipping center etc.” Obviously she is trying to get her shipping for free for whatever she was returning from our center. Basically, she is going around in circles with her complaints in all her points, all coming down to one thing - the price. Had she shown any objections while having us process her packages we would certainly have shown her the door Our banner says “50% off all shipping and shredding between 10am-11am Mon-Fri” and all our clients are very happy with that deal. We are not taking our promotions down because of her fantastic whims for a free shipping ride. We consider anyone our client who can afford us and exchanges value for benefit such as convenience. We don’t consider a person who loiters on our property pretending to be a client and then tries to win a free ride through “online review” blackmail and no money in their wallet. We think the crookedness is in the complaint. Please resolve our standing with Revdex.com if there is any detriment to the establishment’s reputation or the merchant’s name and their privacy. I am rejecting this response because:The language used is very rude, unprofessional and personal, obviously first time I tried to talk to the business owner he yelled and hanged up the line because he couldn't answer a simple question of what are your shipping retail prices and whats the breakdown of what I paid which is my simple right to know, obviously its the easy way out to yell and go crazy because he has no answer and was caught in a clear scam, I already met with a lawyer and unlike this business owner I know what im talking about, I will take him to court if necessary, he can yell call names get rude all he wants but he will stay be at fault legally
