Per the complaint, the customer has received all of the merchandise she orderThe dining room table in question is indeed the right one item #D396, the customer order the table via catalog and states it's different than the pictureSometimes
items look different in person but its the right oneWe apologize of the lack of communication but our store had been burglarized and vandalized and we where unable to open until our insurance gave us to go ahead in result we where closed for 2wks, also the owner was severely injuredOnce we purchase items on our customers behalf and there order and shipped in we no longer can offer a refund because our vendors don't refund us only store creditWe are deeply sorry that the customer is dissatisfy and if she would like to exchange the table for something of that same value we can accommodateThank You

I have called and left messages and text owner several times in order to exchange table for the correct table I ordered and have not received any contact from ownerIt has been excuse after excuse since FebAs of April 7th I still have incorrect tableOwner claims that table looks different from the first table because the first table is standard height and second table is counter height however NEITHER table is what I chose via catalogeOwner continues to claim that table will look different if I ordered counter height version , but I have a picture of another table in standard height that look exactly like table in counter height but is not the same as the first table owner originally deliveredOwner also continues to promise that delivery men will put together the tables and chairs due to lack of communicate and error but twice I had to pay out of pocket to have someone else assemble both tables and chairs
