Charge-less-oil

I purchased heating oil from Charge-Less-Oil but due to a new heating system being installed at my residence I will no longer be needing heating oil to heat my home. Charge-Less-Oil does not want to take back the heating oil and refuses to refund my money. In addition, they refused to provide me with any [redacted] or [redacted] contact information. Hence, I have called and left voicemails but no one will return my calls. The oil left in the tank presents a risk to safety and health. AT THAT POINT WE INFORMED HIM THAT CHARGELESS OIL DOES NOT BUY BACK FEUL OIL AFTER IT HAS BEN DELIVERED INTO AN OIL TANK..ONCE FUEL OIL IS DELIVERED INTO AN OIL TANK IT CAN ONLY BE BURNED BY THE CONSUMER OR IT HAS TO BE PUMPED OUT BY A LISCENSED OIL REMOVAL COMPANY BECAUSE OIL TANKS CREATE SLUDGE WITCH CAN CAUSE CLOGGING OF PUMPS AND FILTERS IN FUEL TRUCKS AND IS VERY COSTLY TO FIX. CHARGE LESS OIL REFERRED [redacted] TO CALL [redacted] IN WEST SPFLD MA.. [redacted] AT THIS POINT WAS VERY UNCOOPERATIVE WEN HE WAS TOLD WE COULD NOT BUY BACK HIS CONTAMINATED OIL AND GIVE HIM A REFUND... CHARGE LESS OIL WILL WORK WITH OIL RECOVERY TO HELP ANYWAY WE CAN. They have confirmed it can be reused. What is charge-less-oil excuse not to refund my money back & extract the oil?In regards to the recommendation Charge less oil made "CALL [redacted] IN WEST SPFLD MA", soon after my conversation with charge less oil I did proceeded to contact O[redacted]. They confirmed it was not a necessity for charge less oil to deny my request & to refund my money & take their oil back but because of the fact that they were not going to have an additional customer it would be to their disadvantage to extract the oil I purchased from them. [redacted] also confirmed that due to the newer type of oil tank I have it was irrelevant to say or believe that the heating oil I purchased could not be used again. [redacted] has superior knowledge and expertise on extracting oil and its capability to be used on its intended application; they confirmed that the excuse charge-less-oil provided was so they would not be held accountable for refunding my money and extracting the oil out of the tank, which is obviously not producing profit for the company. It is unjust to make such a devious excuse when the experts like O[redacted] have already confirmed that the oil is reusable for any other house hold and it would not present any damage or contamination to the distributing trucks. Charge-less-oil has fabricated a reason to avoid losing a small refund/profit at the expense of not doing what is right even for a business, especially considering the 7 years of business I provided them with. But as mentioned earlier, it was the excuse charge-less-oil fabricated to avert a situation where they would have to refund my money back which would likely involve them pumping the oil out of my tank.Again, this has been discovered to be unjustified in part of the charge-less-oil company and unjust for the consumer which is stuck without an option for refund on a product that is usable. This case has been communicated to a company with superior knowledge on extracting heating oil. They have confirmed it can be reused. What is charge-less-oil excuse not to refund my money back & extract the oil?Business' Final Response [redacted] ordered oil from our company for his home.He has made a decision to use some alternative heat source and wants us to pump it out at our expense. Our company delivers oil we do not pump it out unless the delivery was our mistake. Which it was not. It is not our responsibility to pump it out just because he made a decision to use another heat source. The profit margin for the delivery is minor compared to the expense of pumping it out plus refunding the money.[redacted] is in the business of pumping of pumping it out. If he is concerned about it being a danger he should pay them to do it. This situation is entirely of his own making.
