I left a voice mail for him yesterdayTherefore, I decided to call him again today and had the opportunity to speak with him.I advised that we are waiting for a department response and I will call him with the outcome.? I explained that we have medical notes stating that he did receive the services and that we bill appropriately.? I suggested he obtain copies of his medical records.? The phone number for medical records department was provided to him.? He did state that he will pose his other concern with our Patient Relations office and phone number was provided to that office as well.My case is now closed.Thanks ***.? ***
