Consumer called , now with the cold, fan making noise and car will not heat or defrost.

I am responding to this complaint for the second time over this matter. As far as the customers complaint, Any rot spot on the back of the frame can be cut out and replaced and professionally welded in to place. This repair would then be primed and undercoated. Pictures can be taken through out this process as the repairs are made which will show that this is just not a cover up at no cost to the customer. So if this customer would like to have this problem resolved he can call us and make an appointment for the repairs to be completed.  Sincerely, John [redacted]

we are still having problems with car starting since we got it, dosnt want to start in mornings at all. Battery is good. Nothing left on when we turn it all but need to charge it daily to start.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We received a letter from DMV stating my license will be suspended 11/20/2016 unless I pay $100. When I called DMV, they stated the check written by the dealership on 8/31/2016 for my registration bounced, so now I have to pay $65 for the registration, and a penalty of $35 because of something the dealership did. I already paid $200 for registration according to the sales contract. Why did I have to pay so much, and now have to pay more?Regards,[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern, First off I would like to thank you for the opportunity and your time to explain my side of the story. In response to the above complaint regarding the 2004 [redacted] which was purchased by [redacted] on 11/28/2017 with the mileage of...

128944. We purchased this vehicle on 11/10/2017 and immediately after this purchase this vehicle was brought into our service department and went through a pre-inspection before it was listed for sale. During this pre-inspection we had noticed that this vehicle required certain repairs in order for this to pass inspection such as brakes, front end bearings, and front wheel speed sensors, also at this time a visual inspection was done of the frame as well as other parts of this vehicle. The only thing that was obvious at that time was that the vehicle had just recently been undercoated. The frame looked good and to be all solid and there was no evidence at that time of any frame damage.  on December 11th, 2017 Mr [redacted] contacted and sent pictures by text message. He stated that he was at a repair facility and had the truck looked over and the mechanic found 2 spots on the rear end of the frame that had some rot spots on it, this mechanic also stated his opinion that this vehicle should have never passed inspection. The pictures that were sent by text were very hard to make out and it was stated to Mr. [redacted] that we would have liked the opportunity to inspect this vehicle and make any necessary repairs free of charge to him.  After the text messages his wife (Joanne) contacted our office and spoke with the owner John [redacted] and made arrangements to drop this vehicle off for us to inspect and repair free of charge to them.  About and hour or so later Mr. [redacted] text again and stated that he was not bringing the truck back in for us to look at it or repair it. He stated that he was filing a complaint with the department of motor vehicles and that he did not trust us.  My main problem with this whole situation is that I was never given the opportunity to look at Mr. [redacted]"s complaint and to see exactly what the issue was in which I was willing to work with Mr. [redacted] to see if we could have resolved this issue, but instead Mr [redacted] has chosen to take this route. In which I have no resolution for. Sincerely, John [redacted]

I am writing you in regard to a complaint filed with your company with the assignedID#[redacted] for [redacted] and [redacted].In response to the [redacted] most recent complaint of the vehicle not starting, this wasnever mentioned before as you can see by their numerous complaints and invoices. The[redacted] has put 2325 mile on this vehicle since the time of sale, I recommend they takeit back to [redacted] Auto Tech to determine the problem. As for the most recentinvoices for repairs, as of the last complaint from the [redacted] they stated that they werenot able to drive this vehicle at all due to the vehicle needing so many repairs. I havenoticed from the mileage on the invoice dated 10/10/16 from [redacted] Auto Techwhich is 127763. The mileage at the time of sale was 126133 which means that thisvehicle was driven 1630 miles before the repairs were completed by [redacted] AutoTech. At this point with the regards to the [redacted] and their vehicle I feel as if they are tryingto benefit from the purchase of this vehicle from me. After dealing with them for over aweek, and the loaner car in which I may add I was not obligated to loan them regardlessof the smell of the dog. I did it as a favor for them so that they would have time to decideand look at apartments and houses so that they could move. From the fighting betweenthe two of them on which vehicle, test driving many vehicles not only (2) two as theyhave so stated, to [redacted] always complaining and crying that her husband wasdriving her nuts and screaming at her over this car and never mentioning the fact that shewas unsatisfied and also never hearing a word from [redacted] . There is an awful of twistingof taking place here. I know that during the purchase of this vehicle it was mentionedhow they had hired a lawyer and had sued the finance company [redacted] inwhich they are financed now. I was also told by the [redacted] at this time they were alsobeing evicted from their premise and had to move immediately. So now I am wonderingif after a week of deciding if more things were not decided on as well.Sincerely,John [redacted]
