Review: These men show up 7 hours late with no phone call and a 5 yr old little boy in tote! They did not have any of my hardware, they said it got lost, then they did not know how to put the furniture back together, they had no idea what to do with anything, they destroyed a $6000 leather Lazy boy couch, Im missing 3 totes of all my blu rays!! The owner [redacted] did nothing but scream and tell me this is what it is to move if I dont like the way they work then I can unload the truck myself! I am almost positive these guys were from a work release program they completely trashed my home leaving their personal garbage everywhere ( water bottles, bags of snacks and chips) Its 1130pm on a Monday night and these people show up at my door with no idea how to drive a rig, they got it caught in front of my neighbors, unreal. I want my stuff back, all of my blu rays which Im sure are sold or being enjoyed by the staff and I want money back for the service not rendered, also they overcharged my credit card and had my gf sign for it who knew no better and the guy told her its ok just to sign my name on the bill!! I had to put all my furniture back together myself, and buy new hardware from a home depot!! WHERE ARE MY BLURAYS!!Desired Settlement: ALL MY STUFF BACK AND A REFUND FOR SERVICE NOT RENDERED, THEY DID NOT PUT MY STUFF TOGETHER AND THEY LOST 3 LARGE TOTES OF BLURAYS! AS PER THEIR CONTRACT MOVING INCLUDED ASSEMBLY AND DELIVERY OF ALL OF MY ITEMS!!
