Woohoo! Finally got our bridesmaids dresses in!! Doesn't mean I'm not still pissed off that they took so long! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE PEOPLE!! Wedding is in weeks & I just left from picking up the dresses!! They ordered them in March!! Totally ridiculousThey'll never get my business again!!
A "poor" rating is being very generous!!! We had ordered dresses over 3 months ago - called several times a week to check on the status- was told by [redacted] that the dresses were on the truck in route to the store - was told several times by other employees that they were in the store- then I had asked [redacted] on four separate occasions to place a rush on the dresses which was never done- we were told that the dresses were to be in two weeks before the wedding that was another lie! About 10 days before the wedding [redacted] then tried to tell me that the factory was having dye trouble another lie I am sure! She then told me that she had to overnight money to them so the factory could airmail the dresses- she had never ordered them and they were still in CHINA!!!!! they finally came in two days before the wedding!!!! I don't know how they expect anyone to get alterations done in that short of time they have no regards to anyone in a bridal party and they do not care about causing any unnecessary stress to an already stressful occasion- we had to pick up the dresses Thursday night and the wedding was Saturday afternoon- several of the girls in the bridal party tried to call on many different occasions to speak with [redacted] or the owner [redacted] only to be lied to by other employees - of course [redacted] was always conveniently not in and [redacted] was mostly with a customer- ha ha!! - I have used this store in the past for several occasions and had good service from jay and that was why we wanted to use them again- HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! The most important time in my daughters life and it was almost ruined by [redacted]- she even told me that if the dresses didn't come in time then there were other dresses in the store in the same color I told her that I could not have mix matched dresses and I could not have a size 3 girl walk in a size 12 dress!!!! This place must have a major cash flow problem- they have you pay in advance and then they don't order until just before the event!!!! Very bad business practice!!!!! Word of mouth goes a lot farther!!! Will only be speaking bad of this business from now on!!!!!

We placed our dress order three months ago for my sisters wedding yesterday. They did not even order the dresses until two weeks before her wedding and we weren't sure the dresses would be here in time. We had to hem our dresses the night/morning before her wedding because they came in two days before the wedding!!!!!! The manager, Jackie, repeatedly lied to us saying she had ordered our dresses. The owner, [redacted], is as worthless as they come and his other employees have learned how to lie for him. I left him over 5 messages and never once received a call back and he was always conveniently out of the shop. Would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy and believe they will go out of business because of their horrible customer service.
