Charity Cargo

We have sent boxes to the Philipines which was picked up from my home on July 1st, Upon pickup they said it would be delivered as soon as August 30thIt has been four months and my family has still not received the boxesAfter making frequent calls, they've started to make many reasons that the boxes are still in customs and assured the boxes will be deliveredI've called them today after many attempts they've finally picked up the phone and have repeated to say the same thing over and overResearching their company and seeing many complaints has worried me to feel that this company is a SCAMI wouldn't recommend this shipping company to any other people looking into sending their boxes to the Philipines

Very unprofessional,,, I sent my box last may 8,and now is november 28,2015,, never did receive yet!!! everytime I call them,, no answer!! and if they would ever answer I will get all kind of excuses and Bull "ST!! what the hell is going on,,! with this Charity Cargo!! very Disappointing!! I will never do Business with them again and I will tell all my family and friends too!!
